高品質(zhì)間苯二甲酰氯合成及脫色研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了以光氣和間苯二甲酸為原料，N，N-二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）為催化劑，合成間苯二甲酰氯及產(chǎn)品脫色工藝。探討了石英砂、無(wú)水硫酸鈉、活性炭、DMF鹽酸鹽等脫色劑對產(chǎn)品間苯二甲酰氯顏色的影響。確證了以DMF鹽酸鹽作為產(chǎn)品脫色劑時(shí)，可得無(wú)色穩定的產(chǎn)品，精餾后產(chǎn)品含量99%以上，該工藝具有“三廢”少、可循環(huán)套用、處理成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Synthesis and Discoloration of High Quality Isophthaloyl Dichloride |

| Abstract：Isophthaloyl dichloride was obtained from the reaction of isophthalic acid with phosgene using dimethylformamide as catalyst. The discoloration of isophthaloyl dichloride was studied. Discoloration agents product including silica sand, sodium sulfate anhydrous, activated carbon, DMF hydrochloride were tested. A colorless and stable product was obtained using DMF hydrochloride as discoloration reagent. After distillation, the colour of product was stable and the purity of product was of more than 99%. This method was suitable for industrial production with advantages including less waste, easy recycling, and low cost. |
