藥用維生素D3中雜質(zhì)的分離與結構鑒定 |

摘 要:采用制備色譜從藥用級維生素D3樣品中制備分離出2個(gè)雜質(zhì),通過(guò)MS、NMR進(jìn)行結構鑒定,確定2個(gè)雜質(zhì)分別為光甾醇和速甾醇,為質(zhì)量研究提供了雜質(zhì)對照品。同時(shí),根據鑒定出的雜質(zhì)可針對性地優(yōu)化工藝來(lái)降低雜質(zhì)含量并提高收率和維生素D3的品質(zhì)。 |

Isolation and Structure Identification of Impurities from Pharmaceutical-grade Vitamin D3 |

Abstract:To provide reference impurities for drug quality control, two impurities in pharmaceutical-grade vitamin D3 were isolated using preparative RP-HPLC. The structures of the impurities were identified as lumisterol3 and tachysterol3 based on the analysis of MS and NMR data. According to presence of the identified impurities, the process for producing Vitamin D3 can be optimized to reduce the impurities and improve the yield. |
