2,2′-聯(lián)吡啶-4-甲酸甲酯的合成 |

摘 要:以2-乙;拎槠鹗荚,經(jīng)過(guò)烴化、Kr?觟hnke反應得到目標化合物,總收率為62.2%。由核磁共振氫譜和質(zhì)譜對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了結構表征。該方法具有反應條件溫和、收率高、易于純化的特點(diǎn),為2,2′-聯(lián)吡啶-4-甲酸甲酯的合成提供了新途徑。 |

Abstract:The titled compound was synthesized using 1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethan-1-one as the starting material via alkylation, and Kr?觟hnke reaction. The total yield was of 62.2%. The products were characterized using 1H NMR and MS. This synthetic route exhibited the advantages including mild conditions, high yield and easy purification. |
