不同栽培方式下戊唑醇在辣椒中殘留量的對比 |

摘 要:本文建立了辣椒樣品中戊唑醇的LC-MS/MS檢測方法,并通過(guò)多地開(kāi)展露地和大棚種植辣椒的殘留試驗,對兩種栽培方式下戊唑醇在辣椒中的殘留量進(jìn)行了比較。結果表明,戊唑醇在辣椒空白樣品添加的平均回收率為70.5%~90.7%,相對標準偏差1.3%~2.0%,最低檢測濃度均為0.01 mg·kg-1,大棚種植辣椒中戊唑醇殘留量比露地種植辣椒高,為制定戊唑醇在辣椒上的最大殘留限量標準開(kāi)展殘留試驗提供參考依據。 |

Comparing Residues of Tebuconazole in Pepper Under Different Cultivation Modes |

Abstract:The method for determination of tebuconazole in pepper was established. The residues test of pepper was carried out in Hunan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Heilongjiang, and Yunan in 2015 and the residues of tebuconazole in pepper under different cultivation modes were compared. The results showed that the recoveries spiked in blank pepper was ranged from 70.5%~90.7% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.3%~2.0%. The limits of quantification (LOQs) were of 0.01 mg/kg for pepper. The final residues at harvest of tebuconazole in pepper grown in the open field was higher than that grown in the open field. Therefore, we should consider the impact of different cultivation modes, when making MRL of tebuconazole in pepper. |
