| 摘 要：2-苯基丙腈是重要的有機中間體，廣泛應用于醫藥和農藥等領(lǐng)域。根據2-苯基丙腈的結構特點(diǎn)，將其合成方法概括為烷基化法、氰基化法和其他方法，并分析了各種方法的工藝特點(diǎn)，對生產(chǎn)工藝的改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化具有一定的指導意義。 |

| Abstract：2-Phenylpropionitrile is an important organic intermediate widely used in medicine and other fields, for example, as a raw material for the synthesis of various kinds of lofen drugs. Based on the structural characteristics of 2-phenylpropionitrile, the synthesis methods can be summarized as alkylation method, cyanation method and other methods. The processing characteristics of various methods are appraised, which are of guiding significance to the improvement and optimization of production process. |
