十三嗎啉的合成工藝研究

摘 要:對十三嗎啉的合成工藝路線(xiàn)進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)二異丙醇胺環(huán)合脫水得到中間體2,6-二甲基嗎啉,以十三醛作為原料,與中間體2,6-二甲基嗎啉催化加氫得到目標產(chǎn)物十三嗎啉。2步收率92%以上,方法合成未見(jiàn)報道,具有污染小、環(huán)境友好等特點(diǎn),易于實(shí)現工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

Study on Sythesis of Tridemorph

Abstract:This study conducts a research on the synthesis process of tridemorph. The intermediate 2,6-dimethylmorpholine is obtained by dehydration of diisopropanolamine cyclization. By using tridecylic aldehyde as a raw material, the intermediate 2, 6-dimethylmorpholine as the catalyst, adding hydrogen, the tridemorph is obtained. The yield of tridemorph is above 92% with this two step. This method hasn't been reported in any domestic paper. Furthermore, the method has been characteristics of less pollution, enviromental protection and easy to realization of industrial production.
