阻燃劑對苯二酚雙（二苯基磷酸酯）的綠色合成 |

| 摘 要：以對苯二酚和磷酸三苯酯（TPP）為原料，采用無(wú)溶劑法一步合成磷酸酯阻燃劑對苯二酚（二苯基磷酸酯）HDP。優(yōu)化工藝條件為：n（TPP）∶n（對苯二酚）=2.0∶1.0，溫度140～150℃，催化劑為［Bmim］HCO3，催化劑用量0.009%（m／m），反應時(shí)間3 h。HDP收率可達91.2%。產(chǎn)品結構經(jīng)IR、NMR、ESI-MS確證。并和國外公司的同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的主要指標進(jìn)行了比較。 |

| Green Synthesis of Oligomeric Phosphate Flame Retardant HDP |

| Abstract：Using triphenyl phosphate(TPP) and pyrocatechol as the raw materials, the oligomeric phosphate flame retardant hydroquinone bis(diphenyl phosphate)( HDP) was synthesized. In a typical process TPP and resorcinol with a molar ratio of 2.0∶1.0 were taken catalyzed by 0.009% (m／m) [Bmim]HCO3 at 140~150℃ for 3 h. The yield of HDP was up to 91.2%. The structure of product was characterized by IR, NMR, and ESI-MS. The main indicators of the products were similar to the commercial ones. |
