一鍋法制備2,3,4,5-四氟-4-烷基三聯(lián)苯類(lèi)液晶單體 |

摘 要:以2-氟-4-氯溴苯、3,4,5-三氟苯硼酸和4-烷基苯硼酸為原料,通過(guò)一鍋法兩步Suzuki偶聯(lián),制得液晶單體2',3'',4'',5''-四氟-4-烷基三聯(lián)苯?疾炝瞬煌呋瘎┡潴w、堿和反應溶劑對目標產(chǎn)物收率的影響,用1H NMR表征了該化合物結構。在優(yōu)化條件下,目標產(chǎn)物的收率為79.3%。該路線(xiàn)操作簡(jiǎn)單,收率高,對環(huán)境友好,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

An One-pot Method for the Preparation of 2',3'',4'',5''-Tetrafluoro-4-alkyl Triphenyl Liquid Crystal Monomers |

Abstract:A class of liquid crystal monomers of 2′, 3′′, 4′′, 5′′-tetrafluoro-4-alkyl triphenyl were synthesized using 2-fluoro-4-chlorobromobenzene, 3,4,5-trifluorophenylboric acid and 4-alkylphenylboric acid as the starting materials in an one-pot Suzuki coupling method. The influences of factors including catalyst ligand, alkali and reaction solvent on the yield of target products were studied. The structure of the target products was characterized by 1H NMR. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of the target product was of 79.3%. This process had advantages including simple operation, high yield and environmentally friendly, and was suitable for industrial production. |
