基于戊唑醇合成反應液的液相色譜分析方法 |

摘 要:建立了以環(huán)氧化合物為原料合成的戊唑醇反應液的高效液相色譜測定法。以v(甲醇)∶v(水)=80∶20為流動(dòng)相,使用C18色譜柱,在流速1.2 mL·min-1,波長(cháng)220 nm的色譜條件下,采用外標標準曲線(xiàn)法定量分析戊唑醇含量。結果表明,方法在80~400 mg·L-1的濃度范圍內呈良好線(xiàn)性關(guān)系(r=0.999 97),相對標準偏差RSD為0.48%,平均加標回收率為99.45%。該法簡(jiǎn)便、快速,具有良好的精密度和準確度,可用于戊唑醇合成反應液體系中各組分的分析和戊唑醇含量的測定。 |

Analysis of Tebuconazole in Reaction Mixture Using HPLC |

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for the determination of tebuconazole in the mixture from the reaction using epoxy as the starting material. Tebuconazole content was quantitatively analyzed using an external standard curve method with C18 column and UV detector at 220 nm. In this method, the mobile phase was methanol/water of 80∶20(v/v); and the flow rate was of 1.2 mL·min-1. The results indicated that this method was of a linear relation(r=0.999 97) in a concentration range from 80 mg·L-1 to 400 mg·L-1; the average RSD was of 0.48%; and the average recovery rate was of 99.45%.This method is simple, rapid with good accuracy and reliability, and could be applied in the analysis of different components and tebuconazole in the reaction mixture for monitoring the synthesis process. |
