(3-苯甲酰胺基-3-甲氧羰基)丙基甲次膦酸-2-氯乙基酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：研究了含有甲次膦酸酯的烯烴氫甲�；磻磅０坊�、羰基化反應。在烯烴的氫甲�；磻� ,當溶劑為甲醇 ,催化劑為Co2 (CO) 8,可獲得收率為 96 %的 3,3 二甲氧基丙基甲次膦酸 2 氯乙基酯 ,進(jìn)一步反應可獲得 (3 苯甲酰胺基 3 甲氧基羰基 )丙基甲次膦酸 2 氯乙基酯收率達 85 %。 |

| Abstract：The hydroformylative of olefin containing phosphinic acid ester and the amidocarbonylation of the resultant aldehyde were studied.When methanol was used as a solvent, with Co 2(CO) 8 as a catalyst,The yield of 2 chloroethyl(3,3 dimethoxypropyl) methylphosphinate was 96%. Furthermore,2 chloroethyl[3 Benzoylamino 3 (methoxycarbonyl) propyl] methylphosphinate was synthesized via the amidocarbonylation of the dimethyl acetal. |
