氟苯尼考主要雜質(zhì)確定以及合成研究

摘 要:設計了全新的工藝,制備了廣譜抗菌藥氟苯尼考合成工藝中,存在的2個(gè)主要雜質(zhì),并以1H NMR譜,HRMS譜確證其結構為甲砜霉素和3-氟-3-(4-甲砜基苯基)-2-(N-二氯乙;┌被-1-丙醇。為氟苯尼考原藥合成及工藝優(yōu)化、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量全組分分析,以及順利注冊打下必要的基礎。

Structural Confirmation and Synthesis of Florfenicol Impurities

Abstract:In the preparation of broad spectrum antibiotic medicine Florfenicol, there are two main impurities. In this paper, the structures of two impurities were analyzed with proposed reaction mechanism. The two impurities were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS, which were confirmed to be thiamphenicol and 2-chloro-N-((1S,2R)-1-fluoro-3-hydroxy-1-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)propan-2-yl)acetamide. This study provided a necessary basis for the optimization of the synthesis process of Florfenicol, improvement of product quality and full-component analysis.
