稀土金屬摻雜氧化鋅光催化劑的合成與表征

摘 要:為了提高半導體氧化鋅(ZnO)的光催化性能,通過(guò)稀土金屬鉺(Er)和釹(Nd)共摻雜ZnO的方法研究了共摻雜對ZnO內部結構的影響。采用化學(xué)沉淀法和溶劑熱法合成了不同形貌的ZnO,并通過(guò)X射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD),掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM),紫外-可見(jiàn)漫反射光譜(UV-vis)等表征手段分析摻雜樣品結構性質(zhì)。研究結果顯示:溶劑熱法合成的ZnO晶粒尺寸較純ZnO大幅縮;ZnO共摻雜后有更強的紫外和可見(jiàn)光發(fā)射,吸收帶邊出現紅移。稀土元素Er和Nd共摻雜ZnO可以有效提高其光催化降解效率。

Synthesis and Characterization of Rare Earth Ions Co-doped ZnO

Abstract:In order to improve the photocatalytic performance of zinc oxide(ZnO), the effect of co-doping on the internal structure of ZnO was studied by co-doping ZnO with rare earth ions including Er and Nd. Different morphologies of ZnO were synthesized by chemical precipitation and solvothermal methods. The samples were determined using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-vis). The results showed thatsizes of ZnO grains prepared by solvent-thermal methodwere much smaller than pure ZnO. After ZnO co-doping, there was stronger ultraviolet and visible light emission, and the absorption band was red shifted.It was concluded that rare earth elements Er and Nd co-doped ZnO could greatly improve the photocatalytic degradation efficiency.
