光氣法合成水楊腈的研究

摘 要:以水楊酰胺為原料,通過(guò)與光氣直接高溫回流反應得到水楊腈,并通過(guò)氣相色譜確定了水楊腈含量大于98%,水楊酸胺等雜質(zhì)殘留在0.5%以下。反應具有選擇性好、收率高 、副產(chǎn)物少、后處理簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),為下游產(chǎn)品嘧菌酯合成提供了質(zhì)量保證。

Synthesis of Salicylnitrile by Phosgene Method

Abstract:Salicylnitrile was synthesized from the reaction of salicylamide with phosgene under reflux at high temperature. The purity of salicylnitrile synthesized from this method was above 98% and the impurity residue was below 0.5% analyzed using gas chromatography. This method has many advantages including good selectivity, high yield, few by-products and simple post-treatment. It provides high quality assurance for the synthesis of pyrimethyl ester.
