木質(zhì)素馬來(lái)酸酯的制備研究

摘 要:以堿木質(zhì)素和馬來(lái)酸酐為原料,在乙二醇二甲醚介質(zhì)中通過(guò)體系回流反應制備馬來(lái)酸酐改性木質(zhì)素。利用FTIR確認了產(chǎn)物結構,建立了木質(zhì)素馬來(lái)酸酯產(chǎn)物中馬來(lái)酸含量測定的方法。探索了反應時(shí)間、馬來(lái)酸酐的用量等因素對反應的影響,優(yōu)化實(shí)驗條件為:反應溫度85℃;反應時(shí)間6 h;馬來(lái)酸酐的用量為木質(zhì)素的40%。在優(yōu)化條件下,產(chǎn)物收率為94.9%,木質(zhì)素馬來(lái)酸酯產(chǎn)物中馬來(lái)酸官能團質(zhì)量為木質(zhì)素的1.25%。

Abstract:The lignin maleic acid ester was prepared by refluxing alkali lignin and maleic anhydride in ethylene glycol dimethyl ether. The structure of the product was confirmed by FTIR, and a method for determining the content of maleic acid in lignin maleic acid ester was established. The effects of reaction time and the amount of maleic anhydride on the reaction were explored. The optimum experimental conditions were as followings: the reaction temperature was of 85℃; the reaction time was of 6 h; and the amount of maleic anhydride was of 40% of lignin. Under optimized conditions, the yield was 94.9%, and the contents of maleic acid functional group in lignin maleic ester is 1.25% of lignin.
