聯(lián)二脲綠色合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:以鹽酸氨基脲和氰酸鈉為原料,水為溶劑,室溫下合成了聯(lián)二脲(HDCA)。采用紅外和核磁表征確認了聯(lián)二脲結構,考察了反應物配比、加料順序、pH值、反應時(shí)間和溫度等因素對產(chǎn)品收率的影響。結果表明:原料配比n(鹽酸氨基脲)∶n(氰酸鈉)=1.0∶1.5,先加氨基脲,后分批加氰酸鈉,水30 mL,室溫反應30 min的條件下,產(chǎn)品收率為95.6%。 |

Green Synthetic Process of Biurea |

Abstract:Biurea was synthesized from semicarbazide hydrochloride, sodium cyanate and water at room temperature. The structure of biurea was characterized by FT-IR spectrometry and NMR. The reaction conditions were investigated including the ratio of semicarbazide hydrochloride to sodium cyanate, the feeding order of semicarbazide hydrochloride and sodium cyanate, pH value, reaction time, temperature of reaction solution and so on. The results showed that when the mole ratio of semicarbazide hydrochloride and sodium cyanate was 1.0∶1.5; semicarbazide hydrochloride was added first; sodium cyanide in batches was added later; the pH value was 7; and the reaction was carried out under room temperature for 30 min, the yield of biurea reached 95.6%. |
