高導電石墨烯的化學(xué)制備及其性能研究

摘 要:基于三種還原劑,葡萄糖、氫碘酸和水合肼分別制備了石墨烯,研究了還原劑對石墨烯性能的影響。結果表明,使用葡萄糖作為還原劑得到的石墨烯樣品還原程度最好;通過(guò)電阻率測試發(fā)現,氫碘酸還原制得的石墨烯電阻率最。1.8 Ω·m),導電性最好;通過(guò)充放電測試發(fā)現,水合肼還原制得的石墨烯儲能性能最好,在制備儲能電池方面具有廣泛的應用前景。

Chemical Preparation and Properties of Conductive Graphene

Abstract:The effects of different reducing agents on the properties of graphene were investigated. The results showed that the graphene sample obtained by using glucose as the reducing agent had the best degree of reduction; the resistivity test showed that the graphene obtained by the reduction of hydroiodic acid has a small resistivity (1.8 Ω·m) with highes tconductivity; The discharge test found that the graphene obtained by the reduction of hydrazine hydrate had the best energy-storage performance, and it has broad application prospects in the preparation of energy storage batteries.
