超臨界CO2法提取丁香、迷迭香復方精油及其活性研究 |

摘 要:采用超臨界CO2萃取法提取不同原料質(zhì)量比例丁香和迷迭香復方精油,氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀(GC-MS)對其進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分分析,并通過(guò)DPPH法對其抗氧化活性進(jìn)行測定,采用濾紙片抑菌圈法對其進(jìn)行抑菌活性研究。結果表明,復方精油原料丁香含量越高,其抗氧化活性越好;而復方精油[m(原料丁香)∶m(迷迭香)=1∶3]抑菌活性最好。在丁香精油中鑒定出19種物質(zhì),其主要成分為丁香酚和乙酸丁香酚酯;在迷迭香精油中鑒定出62種物質(zhì),其主要成分為桉葉油醇、樟腦等;在活性最佳復方精油中,共鑒定出19種物質(zhì),其主要成分為桉葉油醇、樟腦、丁香酚、乙酸丁香酚酯等。 |

Extraction and Activity of Syzygium Aromaticum and Rosmarinus Officinalis Compound Essential Oil by Supercritical CO2 |

Abstract:Syzygium aromaticum and rosmarinus officinalis essential oils were obtained from different ratio of raw materials by supercritical CO2 extraction. Their chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS. Their antioxidant activities were determined by DPPH method, and their antimicrobial activities were studied by filter paper bacteriostasis circle method. The results showed that the higher the content of syzygium aromaticum in raw materialwas, the better its antioxidant activity of compound essential oil was, and the best antimicrobial activity of compound essential oil (mass ratio of raw materials syzygium aromaticum to rosmarinus officinalis M=1∶3). 19 substances were identified in syzygium aromaticum essential oil, including eugenol and eugenol acetate, 62 substances were identified in rosmarinus officinalis essential oil, including eucalyptol and camphor, and 19 substances were identified in compound essential oil with the best activity, including eucalyptol, camphor, eugenol and eugenol acetate. |
