2，5-吡嗪二甲酸的合成 |

| 摘 要：以2，5-二甲基吡嗪為原料，去離子水為溶劑，高錳酸鉀為氧化劑在加熱回流的條件下合成了2，5-吡嗪二甲酸。探討了不同溫度，氧化劑高錳酸鉀用量，回流時(shí)間等因素對2，5-吡嗪二甲酸收率的影響。結果表明，當n（KMnO4）∶n（2，5-二甲基吡嗪）=5∶1，反應溫度為80℃，回流時(shí)間為5 h時(shí)，2，5-吡嗪二甲酸的收率達13.64%。 |

| Abstract：2,5-Pyrazinedicarboxylic acid was synthesized through heating and refluxing using 2, 5-dimethylpyrazine as the starting materials, deionized water as solvent and potassium permanganate as oxidant.The reaction conditions were explored and determined as follows: the molar ratio of potassium permanganate to 2,5-dimethylpyrazine 5:1, reaction temperature around 80℃, the refluxing time 5 h. The yield of the topic compound was up to 13.64%. |
