連續液-液萃取法制備高含量液體姜辣素

摘 要:以超臨界二氧化碳萃取所得的姜樹(shù)脂為原料,采用連續液-液萃取法進(jìn)行分離提純,高效制備高含量液體姜辣素?疾炝溯腿r(shí)間、溶劑與溶質(zhì)質(zhì)量比、萃取溶劑流量、萃取溫度等對產(chǎn)物姜辣素、6-姜酚含量及收率的影響。結果表明,以80%乙醇水溶液為溶劑,姜樹(shù)脂為溶質(zhì),溶劑與溶質(zhì)的質(zhì)量比為6∶1;正己烷為萃取溶劑,萃取溶劑流量為1.0 L·h-1,萃取溫度為30℃,萃取時(shí)間為3 h,此條件下萃取結果最好,可將姜辣素含量從50.29%提高至83.59%,對應6-姜酚的含量從34.77%提高到68.62%,姜辣素和6-姜酚的收率分別達90.96%和86.01%。

Preparation of High Content Liquid Gingerol by Continuous Liquid-liquid Extraction

Abstract:Using ginger oleoresin extracted from ginger by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method as the raw material, high content liquid gingerol was prepared efficiently through separation and purification by continuous liquid-liquid extraction. The effects of factors including extraction time, solvent mass ratio, extraction solvent flow rate and extraction temperature on the content and yield of gingerol were evaluated. The optimum conditions were obtained as followings: 80% ethanol solution was used as solvent; ginger oleoresin was used as solute; the mass ratio of solvent to solute was of 6; the extraction solvent flow rate was of 1.0 L·h-1 using nhexane as extraction solvent; extraction temperature was of 30℃; extraction time was of 3 h. Under these process parameters, the content of gingerol could be increased from 50.29% to 83.59%; meanwhile the content of 6-gingerol could be increased from 34.77% to 68.62%; the yield of gingerol and 6-gingerol could reach up to 90.96% and 86.01%, respectively.
