基于響應面法探究巴比妥酸的合成及優(yōu)化 |

| 摘 要：以尿素和丙二酸二甲酯為原料在甲醇鈉催化劑的作用下合成了巴比妥酸，并通過(guò)單因素和響應面法對合成工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，優(yōu)化工藝條件為：反應時(shí)間2 h，反應溫度69℃，甲醇鈉濃度15%，n（丙二酸二甲酯）∶n（尿素）∶n（甲醇鈉）=1.0∶1.2∶1.2。在此工藝條件下，巴比妥酸收率為84.5%，產(chǎn)品純度在99%以上。 |

| Synthesis and Optimization of Barbituric Acid Based on Response Surface Methodology |

| Abstract：Using urea and dimethyl malonate as raw materials, sodium methoxide as catalysts barbituric acid was synthesized, and the synthesis process has been optimized by the single factor and response surface method. The optimized process conditions areas followings: reaction time of 2 h, reaction temperature of 69℃, 15% concentration of sodium methoxide, n (methyl malonate)∶n(urea)∶n(sodium methoxide)=1.0∶1.2∶1.2. The yield of barbiturate was of 84.5% with a purity of more than 99%. |
