| 摘 要：以呋喃酚的副產(chǎn)物4-（2-甲基烯丙基）-1，2-苯二酚為原料，經(jīng)醚化、異構化、反馬氏加成和腈化反應得附加值較高的精細化工產(chǎn)品即維拉帕米（verapamil）的關(guān)鍵中間體2-（3，4-二甲氧基苯基）-3-甲基丁腈，總收率達60.8%。產(chǎn)品及各中間體結構經(jīng)1H NMR確證。 |

| Abstract：Synthesis of 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-methylbutyronitrile from 4-(2-methylallyl)benzene-1,2-diol was achieved by etherification, isomerization, anti-Markov addition and nitrification as transferring byproduct of benzofuranol into fine chemicals with higher value. The total yield of 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-methylbutyronitrile was of 60.8%. The structures of product and key intermediates were confirmed by 1H NMR. |
