TiO2納米涂層在天然氣長(cháng)輸管道中的抗腐蝕性能研究 |

摘 要:采用溶膠-凝膠法并借助非離子型表面活性劑定向合成了TiO2納米涂層,旨在用于提高天然氣長(cháng)輸管道的抗腐蝕性能。實(shí)驗發(fā)現合成的TiO2納米涂層是由單個(gè)納米顆粒定向排列組成的致密、均勻的納米膜,該結構有利于充分體現TiO2涂層的物化惰性和光生陰極保護作用,從而達到其抗腐蝕性目的。 |

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 coatings were synthesized by sol-gel method using non-ionic surfactant as additives to improve corrosion resistance for gas transmission pipeline. It was found that the surface of nano-TiO2 coatings were compact and uniform with a single nanometer particle orientation arrangement. The structure is conducive to fully reflect the physical and chemical inertness and photo-cathode protection. |
