高品質(zhì)戊基三聯(lián)苯腈的制備及提純 |

摘 要:以4′-正戊基聯(lián)苯硼酸和對氯苯腈為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)Suzuki偶聯(lián)制備了戊基三聯(lián)苯腈。研究了堿和溶劑對反應轉化率的影響,以及重結晶溶劑的選擇。優(yōu)化的反應條件為:堿為無(wú)水碳酸鉀,反應溶劑為甲苯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,溫度85~90℃,4 h轉化率為96.3%,經(jīng)二甲苯和乙醇(v∶v=10∶1)提純后純度大于99.9%(GC),收率高達70%。 |

Preparation and Purification of High-purity Pentyl Terphenyl Nitrile |

Abstract:The pentyl terphenyl nitrile was prepared by Suzuki coupling 4'-pentyl-4-biphenylboronic acid with p-chlorobenzonitrile. The effects of different bases and solvents on the conversion rate of the reaction and the choice of purification solvent were investigated. The optimum conditions for the reaction were determined: the base was potassium carbonate; the solvents were toluene and N,N-dimethylformamide; the conversion rate was 96.3% at 85~90℃ after 4 h; the purity after purification by xylene and ethanol (v∶v=10∶1) was more than 99.9%(GC) with the yield as high as 70% |
