30%丙環(huán)唑·咪鮮胺水乳劑的氣相色譜分析 |

| 摘 要：使用鍵合5%苯甲基硅酮為固定相的毛細管柱，采用氣相色譜法，對試樣中的丙環(huán)唑和咪鮮胺進(jìn)行定量測定。結果表明，丙環(huán)唑和咪鮮胺的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數分別為0.999 9和0.999 8，標準偏差分別為0.035和0.028，變異系數分別為0.34%和0.14%，平均回收率分別為99.88%和99.95%。 |

| Abstract：The quantitative determination of propiconazole and prochloraz in samples was carried out by gas chromatography equipped with a capillary column bonded with 5% phenylmethyl silicone as stationary phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of propiconazole and prochloraz were of 0.999 9 and 0.999 8, respectively; the standard deviations were of 0.035 and 0.028; the variation coefficients were of 0.33% and 0.13%; and the average recoveries were of 99.88% and 99.95%, respectively. |
