2-（2-溴-9-苯基-9H-芴-9-基）吡啶的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以2-溴吡啶為初始原料，經(jīng)格氏反應、親核取代反應和傅克反應合成了2-（2-溴-9-苯基-9H-芴-9-基）吡啶，總收率為46.3%，通過(guò)1H NMR、13C NMR、MS和IR表征了化合物的結構；研究了傅克反應中反應溫度和反應時(shí)間對目標化合物收率的影響，得出優(yōu)化反應條件：反應溫度為5℃，反應時(shí)間為5 h，優(yōu)化條件下，傅克反應的收率為71.1%。 |

| Abstract：2-(2-Bromo-9-phenyl-9H-fluorene-9-yl) pyridine was synthesized using 2-bromopyridine as raw material via Grignard reaction, Nucleophilic substitution reaction and Friedel-crafts reaction. A total yield of 46.3% was achieved. The structure of compound was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and IR. The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of target compound were studied. Results showed that the optimum conditions was under a temperature of 5℃ and reaction time of 5 h. The yield of Friedel-crafts reaction was 71.1% under optimal reaction condition. |
