熱穩定劑鄰苯二甲酸單異辛酯稀土的合成及性能 |

| 摘 要：以鄰苯二甲酸酐、異辛醇、氫氧化鈉、氯化稀土、混合溶劑、助劑為原料 ,通過(guò)酯化反應、皂化反應、復分解反應以及復配制備了以鄰苯二甲酸單異辛酯稀土為主要成分的液態(tài)稀土復合熱穩定劑 ,其工藝條件為 :酯化反應的溫度控制在 130～ 14 0℃ ,反應時(shí)間為 1h ;皂化反應的溫度為 6 0℃ ,反應時(shí)間為 5min ;復分解反應的溫度在 6 0～ 70℃ ,反應時(shí)間為 1h ;水洗溫度控制在 6 0～ 6 5℃ ;混合溶劑的用量為 5 0 % ,稀土含量為 6 0 3% ;在復配過(guò)程中 ,采用亞磷酸酯作為輔助熱穩定劑 ,其用量為 5 %～ 7% ,PVC中加入 2 %的這種稀土復合熱穩定劑 ,在185℃下 ,其熱穩定時(shí)間為 4 5min。 |

| Abstract：By esterification, saponification, doubledecomposition and formulation, liquid rare earth of monoisooctyl phthalate complex heat stabilizer was prepared with phthalic anhydride, isooctyl alcohol, sodium hydrate, rare earth chloride, mixed solvent and other reagents. The optimum conditions are: the temperature of esterfication is 130～140℃,and the reaction time is 1h. The temperature and time of saponification is 60℃ and 10min respectively.
