噻萘普汀鈉的合成 |

| 摘 要：以三環(huán)酮3-氯-6-甲基二苯并［c，f］［1，2］硫氮雜-11（6H）-酮-5，5-二氧化物為原料經(jīng)還原、鹵代，與7-氨基庚酸乙酯鹽酸鹽反應，最后經(jīng)堿水解制得噻萘普汀鈉，總收率32.3%。合成方法成本較低，條件溫和，操作簡(jiǎn)便，具有工業(yè)化應用前景。 |

| Synthesis of Tianeptine Sodium |

| Abstract：The titled compound was synthesized，via steps of reduction，halogenation，reaction with 7-aminoheptanoic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride and alkaline hydrolysis，using dibenzo［c，f］［1，2］thiazepin-11（6H）-one-2-chloro-6- methyl-5，5-dioxide as the starting material. The process has the advantages of low costs，mild reaction conditions，simple operation and suitable for industrial production. |
