2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑的高收率合成工藝 |

| 摘 要：2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑是醫藥和染料重要的合成中間體。以醋酸乙烯酯為原料，經(jīng)過(guò)氯化、水解、環(huán)合以及硝化等過(guò)程合成目標產(chǎn)物。較優(yōu)工藝條件為：n（醋酸乙烯酯）∶n（硫脲）= 1∶1.0，環(huán)合溫度50℃，硝化溫度30℃。反應總收率提高到84%。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)高效液相色譜、1H NMR表征。產(chǎn)品純度97.5%（HPLC）。該方法具有成本低、收率高、易于工業(yè)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 |

| High Yield Process for the Preparation of 2-Amino-5-nitrothiazole |

| Abstract：2-Amino-5-nitrothiazole is an important intermediate for organic synthesis in the fields of medicine and dyes. This compound was synthesized in overall yield of 84% starting from vinyl acetate via chlorination，hydrolysis，cyclization and nitration. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows：the molar ratio of vinyl acetate to thiourea of 1 to 1，the cyclization temperature of 50℃，the nitration temperature of 30℃. The product was confirmed with 1H NMR and HPLC. Its purity was 97.5%（HPLC）. |
