聚碳酸酯生產(chǎn)中三乙回收胺的研究 |

摘 要:采用鹽酸洗滌聚碳酸酯的二氯甲烷溶液,有機相中的三乙胺轉化為鹽酸鹽溶于水中。鹽酸洗液套用后,蒙脫土吸附處理套用后鹽酸洗液中富集的三乙胺鹽酸鹽,再對該蒙脫土進(jìn)行堿化、精餾回收三乙胺。該工藝增加了鹽酸洗液的套用次數,減少了酸洗液總廢水量。三乙胺回收率達70%。 |

Abstract:By washing with HCl solution,the triethylamine(TEA)dissolved in CH2Cl2 solution which was used in the production process of polycarbonate was converted into TEA·HCl salt,which was soluble in water. The water phase was then treated with montmorillonite and the salt was adsorbed into the montmorillonite. Desorption with sodium hydroxide free TEA was released and recovered by distillation. The recovery rate of TEA was 70% and the HCl solution could be recycled for several times. |
