電催化氧化預處理2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑廢水 |

摘 要:以電催化氧化為主要技術(shù),采用電催化氧化-吸附工藝預處理2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑廢水,考察了廢水初始pH值、電流、時(shí)間等對電催化氧化COD去除率及處理后廢水pH值的影響,同時(shí)選取了活性炭和膨潤土作為吸附劑處理電催化氧化后的電解液,考察了兩吸附劑對COD去除率及處理后廢水pH值的影響。結果表明,電催化氧化的適宜條件為初始pH值=7,電流為15A,電解時(shí)間為4 h,在此條件下,電催化氧化對COD的去除率為87.3%;膨潤土吸附效果優(yōu)于活性炭,膨潤土的適宜吸附時(shí)間為40 min,吸附后對電解液COD的去除率為28.9%,且吸附后廢水呈中性。 |

Pretreatment of 2-Chloro-5-chloro Methylthiazole Waste Water by Electro-Catalytic Oxidation Technology |

Abstract:Based on electro-catalytic oxidation,the combined process of electro-catalytic oxidation and adsorption was used to pretreated 2-chloro-5-chloro methylthiazole wastewater. Effects of initial pH value,current and reaction time on COD removal rate and pH value were investigated in electro-catalytic oxidation. Results showed that the initial pH value of 7,current of 15 A,reaction time of 4 h were the proper electro-catalytic oxidation condition. Under this condition,COD removal rate was 87.3%. Bentonite and activated charcoal were chosen as adsorbents to treat electrolyte. By comparison,bentonite had better adsorption effect than activated charcoal in the same condition. Its proper adsorption time was 40 min,and COD removal rate was 28.9%. In addition,the pH value of waste water was neutral after bentonite adsorption. |
