堿解法降解抗蚜威廢水中COD和抗蚜威的研究 |

摘 要:研究采用堿解法降解抗蚜威廢水中的COD和抗蚜威。通過(guò)單因素試驗考察了反應溫度、初始反應pH值和保溫反應時(shí)間等主要因素對廢水中COD和抗蚜威去除率的影響。堿解法降解抗蚜威廢水中COD和抗蚜威的優(yōu)化條件:反應溫度130℃,初始反應pH值為12、保溫反應3 h,在此優(yōu)化條件下,抗蚜威廢水中COD的降解率為52.8%,抗蚜威的降解效果達到93.1%,BOD5/COD從0.03上升至0.42,廢水可生化性得到大大提高。 |

Degradation of COD and Pirimicarb in Pirimicarb Wastewater by Alkaline Hydrolysis Process |

Abstract:The degradation of COD and Pirimicarb in Pirimicarb wastewater by alkaline hydrolysis process was studied in this paper. The effects of reaction temperature, initial reaction pH and heat insulation time on the removal of COD and pirimicarb in wastewater were investigated by single factor tests. Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as followings: reaction temperature of 130℃, pH value of 2, and heat insulation for 3 h, and the regredation rate, reaction efficiency and cost were also considered. Under the optimized conditions, the COD and Pirimicarb degradation rate were obtained as 52.8% and 93.1%, respectively, and BOD5/COD increased from 0.03 to 0.42 indicating that the biodegradability of wastewater was greatly improved. |
