甲磺草胺及其關(guān)鍵中間體的合成方法綜述 |

| 摘 要：綜述了甲磺草胺及其關(guān)鍵中間體的合成方法。甲磺草胺的合成方法主要有磺酰氯法、磺酸法、磺酸酯法、磺酰胺法及其它合成方法�；酋Ｂ确ㄊ亲钤绾铣杉谆遣莅返慕�(jīng)典方法，而磺酰胺法，尤其是以關(guān)鍵中間體5a與甲磺酰胺在含銅催化劑作用下直接合成甲磺草胺的方法具有原料易得、操作簡(jiǎn)便、收率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，且能回避硝化反應及其間產(chǎn)生的廢酸廢水，有望成為甲磺草胺制備的新方法。 |

| Abstract：The methods for synthesis of sulfentrazone and its key intermediates were reviewed. The synthetic methods for sulfentrazone can be concluded to sulfonyl chloride, sulfonic acid, sulfonate, sulfonamide and some other methods. Among them, the sulfonyl chloride method is the earliest classic method for the preparation of sulfentrazone. The sulfonamide method, especially the route from the key intermediate 5a and sulfonamide under copper-containing catalyst conditions may become a new alternative due to its prominent features such as starting materials easily obtained, easy industrialization operation and the high yield, as well as effectively avoiding the nitrification process and the large amounts of waste acid and waste water during the process. |
