| 摘 要：改進(jìn)了一類(lèi)甾體22-羧酸乙酯化合物的合成，以去氫表雄酮為原料，經(jīng)過(guò)3步反應得到產(chǎn)物，優(yōu)化條件下總收率69%。該工藝避免了復雜的柱層析純化過(guò)程，具有工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)前景。 |

| Abstract：A series of steroid 22-carboxylic acid ethyl ester compounds were obtained with a total yield of 69% through a three-step reaction using dehydroepiandrosterone as the starting material. This process can avoid the complicated purification process of column chromatography and has been industrialized. |
