水熱法合成銳鈦礦型納米二氧化鈦

摘 要:以Ti(SO4 ) 2 為原料 ,采用水熱法制備了銳鈦礦型二氧化鈦納米粉體 ,利用XRD、激光粒度儀等分析測試手段對所得二氧化鈦粉體的晶相組成、粒徑分布等性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了表征。探討了反應溫度和反應時(shí)間對粉體晶型及粒徑的影響

Hydrothermal Preparation of Anatase TiO_2 Nanopowder

Abstract:TiO 2 nanopowder was prepared by hydrothermal method. The obtained powders were characterized by XRD and laser analytical techniques.The results showed that all powders were the single anatase titania and their primary particle size was about 50nm. The influences of crystallizing temperature and time were investigated.
