甲苯液相選擇性氧化制苯甲醛的工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：甲苯與空氣液相選擇性氧化是一條制備苯甲醛的綠色化生產(chǎn)路線(xiàn)。建立了一套甲苯液相空氣氧化的連續化試驗裝置，在工業(yè)裝置操作條件下，通過(guò)加入含氮雜環(huán)化合物助催化劑，提高了甲苯轉化率和苯甲醛選擇性。研究結果表明，加入苯并咪唑助催化劑100 mg·kg-1后，甲苯轉化率為17.3%，苯甲醛選擇性為6.6%。 |

| Abstract：The liquid-phase selective oxidation of toluene with air is a green production route for the preparation of benzaldehyde. A set of continuous pilot equipment for liquid-phase air oxidation of toluene was set up. Under the operating conditions of industrial plant, the conversion rate of toluene and the selectivity of benzaldehyde were improved by adding nitrogen containing heterocyclic compound as co-catalyst. The results showed that the conversion of toluene was 17.3% and the selectivity of benzaldehyde was 6.6% when benzimidazole co-catalyst was added at a level of 100 mg·kg-1. |
