離子色譜法測定吡嗪鹽酸鹽中的乙二胺 |

| 摘 要：采用離子色譜法測定吡嗪鹽酸鹽中乙二胺，考察了專(zhuān)屬性試驗、線(xiàn)性和范圍、檢測限和定量限、重復性和準確度。結果表明該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便，靈敏度高，結果準確，重復性好，可用于吡嗪鹽酸鹽中乙二胺殘留量的測定。 |

| Abstract：Ion chromatography was used to determine ethylenediamine in pyrazine hydrochloride. Specificity tests, linearity and range, detection and quantification limits, accuracy and repeatability were investigated. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and suitable for the determination of etheylenediamine in pyrazine hydrochloride. |
