鄰氨基苯甲酸的合成方法綜述 |

| 摘 要：綜述了鄰氨基苯甲酸的合成工藝路線(xiàn)，并對其進(jìn)行了初步評價(jià)。其中兩條路線(xiàn)具有較大優(yōu)勢。一是苯酐路線(xiàn)，以鄰苯二甲酸酐為起始原料經(jīng)胺化、霍夫曼降解、酸化3步反應得到目標產(chǎn)物；二是鄰硝基苯甲酸路線(xiàn)，以鄰硝基苯甲酸為起始原料經(jīng)還原、酸化兩步反應得到目標產(chǎn)物。 |

| Abstract：The synthetic process route of anthranilic acid was reviewed and several main methods were evaluated. Two of these routes have greater advantages. One is the route of phthalic anhydride, which takes 2,5-Isobenzofurandione as the starting material viathereactions of amination, Hofmann rearrangement, and acidification to get the target product;The second is the route of o-nitrobenzoic acid, using o-nitrobenzoic acid as raw materialvia reduction and acidification to obtain the target product. |
