| 摘 要：近些年，有關(guān)吲唑類(lèi)化合物的報道越來(lái)越多，吲唑及其氮氧化物的用途廣泛，逐漸引起了藥物化學(xué)界的廣泛關(guān)注，其中不同的目標化合物具有不同藥理活性。本文總結了近年來(lái)有關(guān)吲唑類(lèi)化合物的結構類(lèi)型及藥理活性。 |

| Abstract：In recent years, there have been more and more reports on indazole compounds. Indazole and its nitrogen oxides have been widely used, which have gradually attracted widespread attention in the pharmaceutical chemistry community. Among them, different target compounds have different pharmacological activities. This paper summarizes the structural types and pharmacological activities of indazole compounds in recent years. |
