泡沫鎳上原位合成硒化鎳與電解水性能研究

摘 要:過(guò)渡金屬硒化物已被認為是一類(lèi)極具發(fā)展前景的電解水催化劑。以泡沫鎳為基底和鎳源,通過(guò)一步水熱法在泡沫鎳上負載硒化鎳制備電催化劑(記為Ni-Se@NF)。掃描電鏡圖表明,在泡沫鎳表面原位生長(cháng)合成了一層納米顆粒;X射線(xiàn)衍射和X射線(xiàn)光電子能譜表征證明該層納米顆粒為Ni0.85Se和Ni3Se2。在1 mol·L-1 KOH電解質(zhì)中,對Ni-Se@NF電極進(jìn)行了雙催化電解水性能測試。Ni-Se@NF電極的析氫電流密度10 mA·cm-2時(shí)的超電勢為153 mV,析氧電流密度50 mA·cm-2時(shí)的超電勢為340 mV,并表現出良好的穩定性。

In Situ Synthesis of Nickel Selenide on Ni Foam for Electrocatalytic Water Splitting

Abstract:Transition metal selenides have attracted extensive attention as promising electrocatalysts for water splitting. Herein, the direct growth of nickel selenide on nickel foam (denoted as Ni-Se@NF) was demonstrated via a simple one-step hydrothermal approach. A film layer composed of nanoparticles was observed by scanning electron microscope, which was further demonstrated as Ni0.85Se and Ni3Se2 by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The as-obtained Ni-Se@NF was applied as electrodes for bifunctional water splitting in 1 mol·L-1 KOH, demanding a low overpotential of 153 mV to achieve the current density of 10 mA cm2 for HER, a small overpotential of 340 mV to achieve the current density of 50 mA·cm-2 for OER, as well as good stability.
