草酸亞錫催化合成雙季戊四醇六正戊酸酯 |

摘 要:以草酸亞錫為催化劑,進(jìn)行雙季戊四醇和正戊酸的酯化反應,合成了雙季戊四醇六正戊酸酯,考察了催化劑用量、醇酸配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間等因素對酯化率的影響。確定了優(yōu)化合成條件:n(正戊酸)∶n(雙季戊四醇)=6.5∶1.0,催化劑用量為反應物總質(zhì)量的0.05%,210 ℃酯化反應7 h,酯化率超過(guò)99%,用紅外光譜、氣相色譜和核磁對反應產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。 |

Synthesis of Dipentaerythritol Ester Catalyzed by Stannous Oxalate |

Abstract:Using stannous oxalate as catalyst, dipentaerythritol and valeric acid were esterified to obtain dipentaerythritol hexaester. Effects of factors including the dosage of catalyst, molar ratio of valaric acid to dipentaerythritol, reaction temperature,and reaction time on the results of esterification were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained asthe folloeings: the dosage of the catalyst was of 0.50%(w/w) of total mass of the reactants; n( valeric acid)∶n(dipentaerythritol) was of 6.5∶1.0; reaction temperature was of 210 ℃ and reaction time was of 7 h. The yield of esterification reached more than 99%. The reaction products were characterized by FTIR, GC and 13CNMR. |
