| 摘 要：Acalabrutinib是阿斯利康Astra Zeneca公司研發(fā)的用于治療套細胞淋巴瘤藥物，屬于第2代布魯頓酪氨酸激酶BTK抑制劑。依據合成路線(xiàn)起始物料的不同，對Acalabrutinib合成工藝進(jìn)行分析總結，以期為Acalabrutinib原料藥生產(chǎn)和仿制藥研發(fā)提供參考。 |

| Abstract：Acalabrutinib is a new drug developed by Astra Zeneca for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma. It belongs to the second generation of burton tyrosine kinase inhibitor. According to the different starting materials, the synthesis process of acalabrutinib was analyzed. It is expected to provides reference in the production of acalabrutinib and the research and development of generic drugs. |
