松香基Schiff堿雜環(huán)衍生物的合成及抑菌活性 |

摘 要:脫氫樅胺及降解脫氫樅胺分別與雜環(huán)甲醛在乙醇溶劑中縮合合成了6個(gè)松香基Schiff堿雜環(huán)衍生物(a1/a2、b1/b2、c1/c2),并對產(chǎn)物結構進(jìn)行了IR、1H NMR光譜表征確證。通過(guò)體外最低抑菌活性測試,結果表明,化合物c1和c2對金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、表皮葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus epidermidis)、綠膿桿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和產(chǎn)氣桿菌(Bacterium aerogenes)具有顯著(zhù)效果,其最低抑菌濃度(the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration)均為32 μg·mL-1。 |

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Rosin-based Heterocyclic Schiff Bases |

Abstract:Using ethanol as solvent six rosin-based heterocyclic Schiff bases were synthesized from the condensation reaction between dehydroabietylamine or nor-dehydroabietylamine and heterocyclic formaldehyde. Their structures were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The minimum antibacterial activities of six compounds were tested by extracorporeal experiment. The results showed that compounds (c1 and c2) were relatively ideal and their least MICs of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Bacterium aerogenes was 32 μg·mL-1. |
