季戊四醇烯丙基醚的合成工藝研究

摘 要:以季戊四醇、烯丙基氯和氫氧化鈉為原料,在相轉移催化劑PEP790封端聚醚的作用下,經(jīng)威廉姆遜(Willamson)醚化反應得到季戊四醇烯丙基醚。對季戊四醇烯丙基醚的合成工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,考察了相轉移催化劑類(lèi)型及其用量和反應物配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間等條件對合成反應的影響。優(yōu)化條件下總收率為83.1%,三醚選擇性達到82.9%。該合成工藝路線(xiàn)操作簡(jiǎn)單,實(shí)驗條件溫和,原料設備成本低,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

Synthetic Process of Pentaerythritol Allyl Ether

Abstract:Using pentaerythritol, allyl chloride and sodium hydroxide as main raw materials, under the action of the phase transfer catalyst, pentaerythritol allyl ether is obtained by Willamson reaction. The effects of the dosage of phase transfer catalysts, molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis reaction were studied respectively. The synthetic process of pentaerythritol allyl ether was optimized, and the total yield under the optimized conditions was 83.1% with a triether selectivity of 82.9%. This synthetic route has simple operation, mild experimental conditions, and low cost of raw material equipment, and is suitable for industrial production.
