高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測定甘藍中虱螨脲和順式氯氰菊酯的殘留量 |

摘 要:建立了高效液相色譜法同時(shí)檢測甘藍中虱螨脲和順式氯氰菊酯殘留的方法。使用乙腈提取,高效液相色譜檢測,外標法定量。方法的線(xiàn)性范圍為0.05~5.00 mg·L-1,虱螨脲相關(guān)系數為0.999 4,順式氯氰菊酯相關(guān)系數為0.999 4。在0.05、0.10、1.00、5.00 mg·kg-1 4個(gè)添加水平下,甘藍中虱螨脲和順式氯氰菊酯的平均回收率分別為87.3%~101.9%和89.4%~105.2%,相對標準偏差分別為2.61%~9.16% 和3.35%~8.57%,定量限均為0.05 mg·kg-1。該方法可用于同時(shí)檢測甘藍虱螨脲和順式氯氰菊酯的殘留量。 |

Determination of Lufenuron and Alpha-cypermethrin in Cabbage by HPLC |

Abstract:In order to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous detection of lufenuron and cypermethrin residues in cabbage. Cabbage was extracted with acetonitrile, detected by high-performance liquid chromatography, and quantified by external standard method. The linear range of the method was 0.05~5.00 mg·L-1, the correlation coefficient of lufenuron was 0.999 4, and the correlation coefficient of cis-cypermethrin was 0.999 4; under the four addition levels of 0.05, 0.10, 1.00, 5.00 mg·kg-1 louse mites in cabbage, the average recoveries of urea and alpha-cypermethrin were 87.3%~101.9% and 89.4%~105.2%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 2.61%~9.16% and 3.35%~8.57%; the limit of quantification was 0.05 mg· kg-1. This method can be used to detect the residues of lufenuron and alpha-cypermethrin in cabbage. |
