| 摘 要：薄荷酯由天然薄荷原油分離、提純所得，是香料的重要成分，具有薄荷香氣及清涼作用，在食品、化妝品、醫藥、香煙等領(lǐng)域得到了較為廣泛的應用。綜述了近年來(lái)薄荷酯香料合成與應用新進(jìn)展。 |

| Abstract：Menthol is an important component of perfume with fresh mint and cooling effect obtained mainly from the crude oil of natural peppermint. It has been widely used in food, cosmetics, medicine, cigarette and other fields. In this paper, the progress of synthesis and application of menthyl ester in recent years was reviewed. |
