摘 要:在乙酸乙酯存在下 ,吡啶和SOCl2 進(jìn)行縮合反應制得氯化N (4 吡啶基 )吡啶鹽酸鹽 ,再經(jīng)過(guò)水解即得 4-羥基吡啶 ,總收以吡啶計為23.2%。 |

Abstract:In the presence of ethyl acetate, N (4 pyridyl)pyridinium chloride was prepared from pyridine and SOCl 2, then hydrolyzed 4 hydroxypridine in 23.2% overall yield based on pyridine. |
