醋酸卡泊芬凈制備中的雜質(zhì)結構研究 |

| 摘 要：介紹了醋酸卡泊芬凈制備過(guò)程，利用制備型HPLC獲取了醋酸卡泊芬凈的4個(gè)雜質(zhì)。通過(guò)對雜質(zhì)的HPLC、HRMS和NMR分析，進(jìn)行了結構確證。追溯了雜質(zhì)來(lái)源，為產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制提供科學(xué)參考。 |

| Abstract：This paper introduced the preparation process of Caspofungin acetate, and four impurities of Caspofungin acetateobtained by pre-HPLC. The structure of impurities was confirmed by HPLC, HRMS and NMR. The impurities sources were investigated and the quality control methods for impurities were established. |
