5-羥基異喹啉-7-羧酸及其異構體7-羥基異喹啉-5-羧酸的合成 |

| 摘 要：對重要的醫藥中間體5-羥基異喹啉-7-羧酸和7-羥基異喹啉-5-羧酸的合成工藝進(jìn)行了初步研究，以3，5-二溴苯甲醛為原料經(jīng)過(guò)Pomeranz-Fritsch、甲基化、鈀催化插羰、水解和脫甲基等多步反應得到目標化合物，產(chǎn)品的純度分別為98.2%、97.8%，收率分別為86.3%、83.7%。其結構經(jīng)1H NMR，13C NMR和LC-MS確證。 |

| Synthesis of 5-Hydroxy Isoquinoline-7-carboxylic Acid and Its Isomer |

| Abstract：The purpose of this paper is to study the synthetic process of the important pharmaceutical intermediates of 5-hydroxyisoquinoline-7-carboxylic acid and 7-hydroxyisoquinoline-5-carboxylic. The target compound and their isomers were prepared by 3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde via Pomeranz Fritsch synthesis, methylation, palladium catalyzed carbonylation, hydrolysis and demethylation. The purity of the product is 98.2%,97.8% and the yield is 86.3%, 83.7%. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC-MS. |
