蒸餾加絮凝法處理丁硫克百威廢水的研究 |

摘 要:采用蒸餾加絮凝法去除丁硫克百威生產(chǎn)廢水中的COD、呋喃酚和硫化物。通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗考察了初始廢水pH、絮凝反應pH、絮凝劑投加量等主要因素對廢水中COD、呋喃酚和硫化物去除率的影響。結果表明,去除丁硫克百威生產(chǎn)廢水中的COD、呋喃酚和硫化物的優(yōu)化條件為:廢水初始pH=13.0、絮凝反應pH=7.0、絮凝劑投加量為廢水質(zhì)量的0.5%,相應的COD、呋喃酚和硫化物的去除率分別為91.2%、93.3%和81.0%,BOD5/COD由最初的0.06上升至0.51,可生化性顯著(zhù)提高,且廢水毒性大大降低。 |

Carbosulfan Wastewater Treatment by Distillation and Flocculation Process |

Abstract:The treatment of carbosulfan wastewater by distillation and flocculation process was studied in this paper. The effects of initial wastewater pH, flocculation pH and flocculant dosage on the removal of COD, benzofuranol, and sulfide of carbosulfan wastewater were investigated by single factor tests. Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were initial wastewater pH 13.0, flocculation pH 7.0 and flocculant dose at 0.5% of wastewater mass. And under these conditions, the COD, benzofuranol and sulfide removal rate were 91.2%, 93.3% and 81.0% respectively, and BOD5/COD increased from 0.06 to 0.51. Meanwhile, the biodegradability of carbosulfan wastewater was improved, and toxicity was decreased significantly. |
