摘 要:報道了一種以環(huán)己酮為原料合成環(huán)己酮肟 ,并與丙烯腈縮合 ,通過(guò)催化氫化裂解制備 3 氨基丙醇的新方法 ,對反應的物料配比、反應溫度、催化劑用量等因素作了較為詳細的研究 ,得到了較佳的工藝條件 ,并用紅外及核磁共振對產(chǎn)品的結構作了表征 |

The New Process of the Synthesis of 3-Aminopropanol |

Abstract:A new process of the synthesis of 3 aminopropanol from cyclohexanone was provided. The process included the reaction of cyclohexanone and hydroxylamine, condensation of cyclohexanone oxime and acrylonitrile, and catalytic hydrocracking of acrylonitrile ketoxime. The effect of the reaction conditions such as the mole ratio of reactant, reaction temperature, reaction time, the quantity of catalyst and so on were investigated, and the optimum conditions were obtained. |
